Public Service Announcement The majority of K-12 students across Nevada will begin the new school year on Monday. Plan now some extra time for your morning car commute, especially in Clark County where new school start and dismissal times mean there will be vulnerable children walking, biking and -- yes -- e-scootering on the sidewalks and roadways at times drivers may not be used to. Those children deserve to live, full stop.
