The time has come! Early voting begins tomorrow and runs through June 5. Mail ballot distribution began earlier this month, so there’s a good chance you already have that sitting on your kitchen counter ready to be filled out and sent back (or dropped off). Primary Election Day, for those slackers or purists, is Tuesday, June 5.

Remember: You can find all of the Current’s primary election stories, helpfully organized, on our handy dandy VOTER GUIDE.

Every race has to have a sheriff these days. 13 Republicans seek open Northern Nevada U.S. House seat

‘That’s what I’m counting on’ Every time Republicans face a hiccup of too many Republicans falling out of line and refusing to go along with their dear leader, you might find yourself wondering if this — this, surely this, surely something — might be the turning point where enough Republicans say “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.” It never is, of course. But really. A $1.77 billion “anti-weaponization” fund? C’mon. Think of the Summerlin film studio we could subsidize instead! Oh, and about that illegal war! The latest on that pesky little thing. From Common Dreams, republished in the Current. ‘They were afraid It would pass’: House GOP cancels war powers vote again
