Ford & Lombardo's data center dance

There seems an excellent chance that by the time Nevadans start voting, the only event of the campaign that virtually all of them will know about — and have an opinion on — in the race for governor is Joe Lombardo getting pulled over.

Data center dedication & dithering. Lombardo thinks data centers are grrrrreeeeaaaatttt! Poll after poll shows a bipartisan majority of voters do not think that at all. Meanwhile, Lombardo’s opponent, Aaron Ford, is engaging the data center issue with every bit as as much vigor as he applied to Nevada's fake electors, which is to say it's on his radar (and might be until 2029). After losing in appeals court, Trump asks Supreme Court to uphold his order targeting mail-in voting. A federal district court and then a federal appeals court made the obvious point that Trump’s imperious and malicious assault on how states administer their elections is unconstitutional. Unfortunately, the current U.S. Supreme Court has exhibited a startling tolerance for unconstitutional actions perpetrated by a mad man.

Trump tells Senate to cancel recess so it can end the filibuster and pass his voting bill. Whiny, ain't he?
