Lower basin states get the shaft. As expected the Trump administration is imposing Colorado River allocation cuts on California, Arizona, and Nevada, the Bureau of Reclamation confirmed this morning. But should the cuts to Nevada have been expected, really?

And the study doesn't even include the most recent years, sigh.
