Happy Saturday. “We want to collectively make sure that the stadium and the ballpark remain premier world-class venues,” Las Vegas Stadium Authority Chairman Steve Hill said this week, making the case for a new $158 million addition to Allegiant Stadium, for which the public will pay half the cost, the RJ reported.

The addition will include a "public plaza."

Public? Does that mean No Kings rallies can be be held there?

In what promises to endure as a lasting testament to the proposition that — no matter how harebrained or demeaning — there is no humiliation the Las Vegas tourism/entertainment industry cannot withstand, the stadium addition will also at some point house a station for Musk's preposterous tunnels.

Which of course in turn raises the question: What, no ballroom?
